This is an amazing resource and a textbook that everyone should have. In the past it is a poster on the wall that has mostly been used to illustrate how the human body is reflected in the feet, and whilst many are very beautiful they have never looked the same as the anatomy you will find a in textbook.

The PodyCharts do have a wall poster with the body systems overlaid, but the textbook has five pages of amazing illustrations for every system. There are also illustrations of two or sometimes three overlaid systems to demonstrate how those systems interact.

There are spinal and cranial nerve illustrations and these are also on real feet with real bones (they were x-rayed so are absolutely authentic).

Finally there is a comprehensive Index, so should you know the name of a body part or system and don’t know where it is in the body, then the Index will take you to the relevant page/s and system/s.

This is the must have reference book for very student and every seasoned reflexologist and will be so well used, you may need a second copy!
