The PodyCharts Textbook and PodyCharts Poster are essential reference tools for both students and experienced reflexologists.
Originally developed for CAREA students studying DuoPody system-based reflexology, these charts are just as valuable for any practitioner who wants a clear, logical way to see how the body and each of its systems is mapped onto the feet.
Each system is shown across five beautifully illustrated pages, alongside charts for spinal nerve innervations. The images use real feet and corresponding x-rays, with every system carefully overlaid to show anatomical accuracy. Everything is indexed, so you can quickly look up the reflex location for specific structures.
A huge thank you to The PodyShop for making these resources available.

Reflexology in Europe Nexus (RiEN) has long worked to bring together countries and schools of reflexology across Europe, promoting shared standards, communication, and high-quality teaching. CAREA is very proud to be the only UK reflexology organisation accepted by RiEN. This recognition means our Licensed Academies can be listed with RiEN and in turn, their students and graduates can gain registration.
RiEN hosts highly regarded conferences every two years across Europe, bringing together some of the best reflexology professionals to speak and run practical workshops. Our own Sue Alma Evans has contributed too — she led a workshop at the RiEN conference in Belgium, and has recently been both interviewed by, and interviewed, the renowned Vera Krijn (New York) for RiEN’s publication.
